Licenses & Regulatory Compliance

As a foreign exchange dealer in global markets, Custom House holds financial service licenses in many of the jurisdictions in which we operate.

In Australia, Custom House is registered with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) and maintains a Financial Services License. We are also a member of the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA), the industry body.

In Italy, Custom House maintains a Foreign Exchange Dealers License that is issued by the Bank of Italy. We are also registered with the Italian Foreign Exchange Office (Ufficio Italiano dei Cambi or UIC).

In Singapore, Custom House holds a Capital Markets License with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

In the United Kingdom, Custom House Financial (UK) Ltd is registered with Her Majesty's Custom and Excise (HMRC) registration number 12140130.

In the United States, Custom House has prepared an application to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to become a Futures Commissions Merchant (FCM) and ultimately a member of the National Futures Association (NFA), a self-regulatory organization. We also hold 23 money transmitter licenses issued by 22 states.
