Peter Ciceri - President

Peter Ciceri

As President, Peter Ciceri leads Custom House in overall operations and management, and is responsible for strategic planning and partnerships with Custom House suppliers and stakeholders.

With over 25 years experience in the technology industry, Peter has held senior positions with successful high growth organizations including President of Compaq Canada Inc., and senior posts with Tandem Asia Pacific Computers, Japan Unisys, and Hewlett-Packard Asia Ltd.  Peter is an authority on international business, particularly in Japan & Asia where he lived from 1987 - 1997.   In 1999 Peter was named one of Canada’s top 10 ‘IT Influencers”.  As well, he was named one of the country’s top 100 business executives by the Globe & Mail, and one of Canada’s top 100 Business Elite by the National Post. 

Peter’s extensive international experience includes serving on the boards of both public and private organizations as both director and chairman.  Directorships include: Sierra Wireless Inc., AERS Inc., and Progressive Solutions Inc. He also serves on the University of Victoria's Board of Governors and their Innovation and Development Corporation, as well as on British Columbia’s Premier Gordon Campbell's "Premier's Technology Council".

Peter holds a BA in economics from the University of Victoria as well as an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
